Reject #2

Here is reject number 2. Lesson learned -- use mono adhesive with prototypes -- not mono liquid glue .

I know this one is OK, but I am not happy with the colors. This is one of the triangle/trifold cards. I stamped the river rock DP with burgundy craft ink and then I embossed it with clear. And I liked the sleigh bells scene with the cracked glass technique, but the night of navy did not work with this card. I have been using the mono liquid glue, and once you stick the DP down it will not move. When you use the mono adhesive (in the tape dispense), you can rearrange things. So when you are not sure what you are going to do with a card do not use permanent adhesive.

It is probably a good idea that I am not doing this card. I think that the triangle/trifold cards are a little much for a swap. But then again maybe not. I'll try again.

Wow...this is gorgeous! I love all the embossing, and your coloring looks lovely!

I never thought of using a triangle tri-fold as a layer on a regular sized card! Very cool!

The cracked glass technique is perfect for that stamp! I love the background dp too. If you are not happy with the navy, what about more burgandy (try going more monochromatic)? What do you think? I love the burgandy!!!
