Halloween Treat Bags

Here is the treat bag that we made in my Stamp Club meeting for September. Boy -- These were a hit!!! Many of my girls purchased all the stuff to make these. I think the kids around us had the best wrapped candy of all time.

This bag has a cellophane bag inside to hold the candy. There is also natural hemp through the holes on top to tie the whole thing together. (It is not shown in the picture).
